How much does the service cost?

The service we offer is entirely bespoke and tailored to you and your practice needs. We only charge our fee on monies collected rather than invoices we send out providing a common goal to collect payment. After an initial discussion, we will be able to provide you with a quote for our services, once we fully understand your needs.

How quickly can I get started?.

We maintain the capacity to start working with a new consultant with short notice. We understand that your circumstances can change quickly and the impact that this may have on your private practice. Ideally we would say a 3 - 4 week lead in time to ensure we have everything in place in order to go live.

How quickly will clinical letters be typed?

Consultants can dictate via an app which is uploaded directly into our practice management software. Our team can then download each dictation to minimise any delay in sending and receiving. We aim to type up all dictation within 48 working hours of them being received. Dictations can then be viewed electronically to sign off electronically before we print and send on. This process also allows for a full audit trail and visibility on where we are up to.

is there an additional charge for stationery, postage etc?

There are no additional or hidden charges for stationery, postage, time.

is the practice management software easy to use?

It is incredibly easy to use and accessible anywhere that you have an internet connection. We are also available 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday to offer support on the system and training can be provided before you start.

What is the difference between a managed service and a medical secretary?

The main differences are the access to the wider services offered and level of expertise we can bring, as well as providing a consistent service with no interruption. The tools and platforms we use mean you can access us anywhere online with full transparency.

how will you INVOICE my patients?

We will complete the invoicing for all self funding and insured patients. Self funding patients will receive an invoice (usually sent within 48 hours of clinic) via post or email, depending on their preference. The majority of insurer billing is completed via e-billing (Healthcode).

Elite Clinical Management will chase all outstanding invoices on your behalf, and collect any insurance excess payments directly from patients. All payments collected will be paid by card or bank transfer to Elite Clinical Management, we do not accept cheques.

How is my paperwork managed and stored?

Our practice management software allows you to run a paperless practice should you require. Any document can be scanned or uploaded into the software including reports, clinic letters and photographs. This means you have a complete audit trail available to you any time, and it means you have all patient and clinic information to hand wherever you may be.

what service hours do you provide?

We run full-time office hours, so you will see no interruption in service. Our team is highly experienced in both secretarial services and clinic management and will be on hand to support your practice during these times.

will you look after my medico legal practice too?

The simple answer is yes, but this is different for every clinic so please contact us for for information.
