I have now been using Elite Clinical Management since April 2019. This was a new service for me, I have previously used other providers for my billing and secretarial work. The transition to Elite has been seamless. They are very professional. They provide excellent secretarial support both from a letter writing point of view, phone answering and patient enquiry service. The communication is very good by email, text and by phone if needed. The administration has been excellent regarding invoicing through electronic billing. Elite bill very quickly usually within 24-48 hours. They provide monthly updates and statements of income received, income outstanding and any excesses that require collection. Again, if there are any queries regarding invoicing the administration team answer these very efficiently. They provide an excellent service and I have no hesitation recommending them.
